- Locum tenens CRNA for OR day coverage
- Shift options: 8 hour days – no call
- EMR: Epic
- Trauma level: 4
- Wisconsin CRNA license and DEA/CSR
- COVID vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions will be considered
- PALS and ACLS life support certifications required
