Job Description


Seeking an experienced Board Certified pediatric surgeon to support a community health system in providing surgical care to pediatric patients ranging from newborns through teenage years. Duties include collaborating with other pediatric providers to diagnosis and determine if surgery is necessary. As well as, managing and performing preoperative, operative, and postoperative care.

24/7 surgeons will have office support staff during the day to triage incoming calls including RX refills. Majority of after hours calls are from Pediatric Emergency Department.

  • Board Certified - REQUIRED
  • VA State License - REQUIRED
  • COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
Certification Requirements
  • BLS
  • Board Certified
  • PALS
State License Requirements
• Virginia

Additional License Requirements
• Board certified in pediatric surgery, VA License, VA DEA
