Munson HealthCare Otsego Memorial Hospital is looking a locum CRNA to add to their provider pool. 

• Practice Setting: Anesthesia coverage for the hospital
• Schedule (Shifts/Hours): March and April Dates:
• 6:45a-3:15p (with .5 lunch 8hr total) and 6:45a-5:15p (with .5 lunch 10hr total)

Details:

• Documentation System/EMR: Meditech
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: TBD, call coverage only
• Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level 4
• Annual ER Volume: Approximately 19,000 annually
• Description of OR Staff: Traditional tech, RN
• Number of Operating Rooms: 5 OR's 2 procedure rooms
• Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License?: Yes
• Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.): BLS and ACLS
• Training or Experience Required (Will You Accept New Grads?): No, we prefer experienced providers capable of servicing level 4 trauma facility with heavy general surgery and GYN, labor & delivery
• Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Primarily Adult, pediatrics are transferred out
• Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia
• Procedures Required (cont.): Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases

Submission Requirements

• Covid vaccinated - Required
• BLS/ACLS- Required
• Board Certified- Required
• Please notate if provider is participating in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS-Required at time of name clear
• Clean background with NO disciplinary actions and NO malpractice -Required
